Refund Policy:
Customers are asked to pay a minimum 25% deposit to hold the time and date for any booked service. The refund will guard against any cancellations which may impede other customers from booking. The 25% deposit is non-refundable once paid. If the full payment is made, 75% of the service paid for is refundable up to 24 hours before the booked time and date. After the 24 hour deadline has passed, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be granted.
In terms of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Delivery times: Digital downloads are available as soon as payment has been made. For any booked services 100% of the payment should be made before the booked date and time.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit cards, PayPal, local bank transfer or cash upon meeting.
Payment period:
Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of the booked service.
